We take care of the smallest detail
Enormous potential rests on the plate between your knife and fork. Many people feel overwhelmed and powerless to help the planet, but as restaurant owners we decided to take a stand, act more sustainably and therefore give our guests the power to do so too. We work with local suppliers who provide us with fresh and seasonal products, using only minimal packaging. In doing so, we reduce our carbon footprint, avoid waste and support the local economy. We are totally committed and enjoy finding ways which reduce the impact of our work on the environment in all of our practices. We recycle as much as possible, we save water wherever we can and we only use durable equipment in our kitchen.
